At just 18, Paul swapped the UK for the sunny shores of Tenerife, Benidorm, and Mexico as a holiday rep, quickly earning a reputation for his energy, humour, and knack for making every trip one to remember.
From there, he moved into management with Thomas Cook, sharpening his skills in travel operations, customer care, and running things like clockwork.
