Brian Mountney has been the driving force behind Infinity Weekends since day one. The idea first came to him over 20 years ago while sat in a pub in Benidorm, watching the stag and hen groups pour in with no specialist company there to organise things properly. Spotting the gap – and with budget airlines making getaways cheaper than ever – he turned that idea into what is now Europe’s largest stag and hen provider.
Before setting up Infinity Weekends, Brian was a regional manager for Thomas Cook, where he gained invaluable experience in travel operations and customer care. That background, paired with his vision for something new, helped him build a company that’s now trusted by thousands of groups every year.

Based in Benidorm, Brian keeps a close eye on the day-to-day running of the business – paying the bills, ensuring the sales team have fresh enquiries, sourcing new accommodation, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He’s also the man who can pull off last-minute miracles, like securing a hotel for 20 lads and a boat trip within hours after another supplier let them down.
What Brian loves most is simple: seeing brilliant feedback come in from groups on Trustpilot and knowing the weekends his team deliver have created lifelong memories. He also takes pride in the fact that nearly all of the Infinity team are ex-reps or have worked in travel, giving them an edge that makes planning smooth and stress-free for every group.
